    Hi there

    We are using ACF and would like to setup Search Filter Pro, but we cant seem to retrieve the results correctly.

    Is there a tutorial or video we can follow on how to set this plugin up correctly with our custom fields.

    The big ‘gotcha’ with ACF ….

    With ACF, note that it makes 3 meta keys per field, like this:

    #1 _location
    #2 field_5a16902ae5c07
    #3 location

    You need to use key #3, without the underscore at the start of the key name.

    Aha, Thank you so much! So now I got it working with my custom select field but there’s also an ACF date field which I’m trying to get to work.
    Its using the Date Range input type but isn’t returning any results, is there anything else I need to set up for that field type?

    That save format (you have dd/mm/yy) is wrong. It needs to be something like yyyymmdd so that today would be saved as 20180222.

    Then any data already in the database needs to be re-saved as that.
