    Hi. I am trying to find a way to cancel my subscription through PayPal for Search and Filter Pro. I have a developer licence.

    I no longer need to use it for a client. I do not seem to be able to cancel it through my PayPal account and when I click the Cancel button on my account page on this site it doesn’t seem to do anything.

    It will not be due for payment until 3 Nov 2020 but I would like to attend to this now.

    Help appreciated. Thanks.

    We do not auto renew licences and we do not retain authority to bill your Paypal account. You will receive email reminders, but just ignore them. The licence will simply lapse at that time. You need take no action.
