I am trying to filter through a table on a web page but am not having any success with filtering. Right now, I’ve got the form set up using tags/categories. Is there something else I should be trying… or am I missing a setting? Right now, when I search nothing comes up.

I can see the problem.
S&F is not for filtering custom tables on your site.
S&F is for building a search form, and building a search results page.
It allow you to have complete flexibility with the layout of your results page – so you could indeed get it into a table format.
So, when you submit the form in your link it takes you to the results page:

And I can see the message
“No Results Found”…
Now I’m not sure why there are no results at all, but this is actually your results loop – and what you need to get looking like a table.
But before I explain how to customise the layout, lets figure out why your are getting the “no results” found message.
What post type(s) have you set your search form to use?
Have you created new posts for this post type?
Thanks
