Hi, I have a single site S&F Pro account I’ve been using for a client and now I’m building another, separate site for them which will also need that plugin. I’d like to let them put both subscriptions on their company card (without having to give me their card info). The first account (on my card) doesn’t expire until April. How would you recommend handling this? Thanks so much.
In our system, the accounts are keyed in to the email account used in the original purchase. The current account is likely your own email account, yes?
We can’t transfer the account once made, so it would be best if they purchase a new licence now with their own corporate email account (one which isn’t tied to an employee, just in case that employee leaves) for this new site (and they can give you the key to activate it), and then, when the one expires in April, rather than you renewing it, they buy another licence then and change the licence key in their admin.
