    The situation is that I have uploaded some product with using the plugin woocommerce. There is a postmeta likes “Shape”. For Shape, there are “RD” and “HS”. After I chose the value of “RD”, but the result is “no results found”. But I have checked the product with “RD” is properly stored.

    What version of our plugin are you using? If you have (or do) update to 2.4.0, you may need to rebuild the cache.

    Can you please take a full backup, and then upgrade to 2.4.0?

    That might be a cache on your server doing that. Is all OK now?
