We want to work on our theme on local machines. L&F is now a central part of that, it’s hard to develop and test if this custom theme works without S&F installed. Does the license allow us to have local installs (not public to the web) for the purposes of testing and development of our theme, that is published to our single site?
The licence allows that yes, provided you are developing for the one site. If you are developing for multiple different sites (even if it is at different times – such as an agency would do), you should upgrade to the developer licence, which is priced for the extra support overhead.
