    We’ve been using S&F for quite a while now and are very satisfied.

    But one of the options we’re missing, is the possibility to search in taxonomy terms the same way as we can search in post type posts.

    The ideal situation would be:
    – Set up a new form
    – Have the possibility to make a form that searches in one or more taxonomies (in terms instead of in posts)

    Is there a way to make this possible? And might this be a feature in version 3?

    Are you wanting to be able to search wider than the normal Title/Content/Excerpt data for a post using the text search field. If so can you follow the instructions for using the free Relevanssi plugin (you must also install that plugin from WordPress.org):

    In the Relevanssi plugin settings page, you should find options to add the taxonomies to the search, and you must also then build the index in Relevanssi after you save those settings

    That’s not exactly what I meant.

    I was looking for the possibility to search through taxonomy terms and give one or more terms back as result (instead of searching through post type items and have one or more posts as result).
