Forums › Forums › Search & Filter Pro › Template issues when displaying results
I am in the final stages of getting my search to work but struggling with the way the results are displayed. I have tried so many options!
I would like results to look like this which is the way the global WP search displays results. https://www.msvuart.ca/?s=chan
However when I use the search.php template from my theme (Salient) and display results as an archive https://www.msvuart.ca/results/?_sfm_curator=Ingrid%20Jenker, my results look quite different – I have no problem with restyling the actual posts and images but the event details (date of past event) don’t show up, neither does the title “Results for “KEYWORD” “.
Should I be trying to use a template from the Events Calendar plugin? Help!
There are issues both with Salient and the Events Calendar plugin (I prefer to use the Events Manager plugin).
It might be easier to use the Post Grid plugin; here is our documentation for it:

Hey Hillary,
I’m also using Salient and search and filter pro.
Your results look amazing, big fan of the material styling.
How did you get the results to display the way they do?
The page I’m currently trying to style is https://trendfriend.io/trends
Thanks Hillary!
