Hi Ross,
I’m using the latest version (1.4.3) with wp 4.2.2 and I’m trying to make a new search, but I’m not able to see all the avaliable taxonomies within the taxonomy list of the box.
I’m sure the taxonomy exist but I’m not able to see it in the list. Can you please provide some guidance?
Thanks,

tags, categories & taxonomiestab? Try clearing this out. Also, in the Search Form UI, you have an “advanced” option in the taxonomy field where it is possible to exclude items here..
Thanks

Thanks for your answer. I don’t have anything configured on “tags, categories & taxonomies” tab. However, I’m not able to see the taxonomy I need on the select box of the taxonomy field box.
I can see the taxonomy in wp_term_taxonomy table. For example, I can see the product_cat listed on the select box of taxonomy field, but cannot see the job_listing_category which is also there. So my guess is that something is wrong with the select box of the taxonomy field or the way it collects the taxonomies from the db.
I would appreciate your support and comments on this.

Ross Moderator(Private) May 12, 2015 at 4:34 pm #17314Hi Pablo, how are you creating your taxonomies? I believe there is an option
archivewhen creating that you need to set totrue…S&F only uses public taxonomies so private or hidden do not appear.
I’ve actually changed this logic for S&F 2.0 (coming out in the next few weeks) so that all taxonomies are listed regardless if they are hidden, or
archiveis set tofalse.Thanks
Anonymous(Private) May 12, 2015 at 5:52 pm #17317Thanks Ross,
That was the issue. Actually, was the “public” option not the “archive” thas was created with public=false, so once I changed that to true, I was able to see it in the select box of the taxonomy field.
Is good to consider to have it there regardless if values are true or false. Waiting for version 2.0…
Thanks a lot for your help.
