Taxonomy Search for Custom Post Type not working

Hi Trevor,

First off – great work with this plugin! It’s very well done.

I’m having trouble getting taxonomy search to work. What I want to be able to do is filter my Portfolio pieces (custom posts) by category. I would like to be able to check more than one category in order to narrow down the search.
