    Hey Robert – I’ve just finished a plugin update so will be looking at this again.

    Another user had a similar issue and he managed to resolve it by updating his theme… however I think the two issues may not be the same.

    My guess now it that it’s the custom taxonomies created with WCK that are not working with Search & Filter.

    I just tried WCK on a clean install and it seemed ok!! :/

    So confusing 🙁

    I’ll have to jump in to your site again now tomorrow and have another look.

    Thank for all the comprehensive information so far – I think its time to do some debugging via FTP
