    Hey Trevor and Ross,
    as bad as this is for me, I just tried using the filter function provided by the new Toolset Views and it gives me the same weird results. I have duplicate taxonomies in the taxonomy filter. So that seems to make this a problem specific to my install and has nothing to do with your plugin.
    Just wanted to let you know so you can stop grinding your head about it. I will have to try and find out why taxonomies are offered twice even if they are in the taxonomy list only once.

    Thanks for the update – I’ll close this thread shortly then, let us know if you encounter any issues getting setup once you’ve resolved that.

    You can close the thread.
    It had to do with WPML and taxonomies not being translated.
    Now it looks good.
