tags not displaying results when selected

Good day
Thank you for your time.
I have a drop down box for Tags, the drop down box is filled with current tags and the number of uses for that tag, e.g.
Addiction (4)
Alcohol (2)
…. and so on.

But when I select any of the tags in the drop down, the search results in “no found items’

I have tested the tags with a sidebar tag cloud widget and they do display when clicked.

I tried looking in the support forum but didn’t see anything similar to my issue, I could have just missed it.
This is the resulting URL from the selected tag

Any help would be appreciated

I see one potential issue. But, with your theme (Imprezza), it may be better to test first using our shortcode method (it will not look good, but is robust for testing purposes):

As you can see, you need to create a results page for that method.

But, to the obvious issue that I can see (Category used 3 times). Please see this post:
