    Ross,
    Upgrading wp is something I do very often with all my websites… for security reasons.
    I wait only for wait for a few weeks. I’ve got backups of course. But in this cas it won’t help.
    As I’ve told you I’ve started everything from scratch (4th time !!!)… But nothing positive, and this moment it’s only regression as the custom urls for bookmarkable search don’t work anymore.
    I’m aheading towards other plugins now.

    Hi Xavier

    My only point was to backup and test before going live – this way we have some time to fix things without clients getting angry and you don’t end up going live with something broken.

    Its impossible for one plugin developer to know what another will do when they make updates, so we have to rely on our users to provide bug reports and incompatibilities.

    Now you have I’m certain we can get it fixed, but unfortunately have had to run you through the mill of questions and precautions.

    I’ve just tested the previous login details you provided and they seem to work so I’ll have a look around shortly.

    Ok I see the first potential problem – you’ve updated WordPress and all your plugins, but for some reason you haven’t updated the Search & Filter plugin – there was a compatibility release when WP 4.2 was launched.

    I can see from the logs you are activated at a previous site – the www5 one which is why you won’t be seeing updates in your live site…

    I’ve gone ahead and deactivated that for you, and activated on your live site – you can now see a download visible for S&F – please update this, test, and if still not working I will take another look.

    ok first ckeck does not give any better results after upgrade. “make search bookmarkable” still does not work, the urls remain unchanged after filtering and also the english page results are still published as full articles instead of excerpts making this english page really unfriendly !

    Ok so next question,

    I am editing both the English and French search forms, but I can see there is not template specified- this is 100% why you don’t have control over the display of your results…

    Which template from your theme are you trying to use for displaying your results?

    I also disabled Ajax, lets fix everything first before we enable it again – this way you will see what is really happening behind the scenes and any potential issues.
