    I have purchased the PRO last year. I went to update it and needed to purchase a new license.

    Unfortunately, even after the . purchase, it does not update and all stopped working.

    Can you help?

    I have checked your account and the renewal is showing as active now. Can you try again to update? If it does not, please let me know. Note that it takes maybe 15 minutes for our server to update any changes in your account records (such as renewals).
