    Hi! I am trying to find a solution to include certain posts in a specific part of the page for every single page viewed. For example, I have 15 pages of results showing 4 rows of 4 posts each. I would like 4 of these posts to be “sticky” and appear in the same locations on each row regardless of what page the user is viewing. Is this possible?

    I am sorry, but not without some significant PHP coding and a custom made template, no. I am guessing it COULD be done, but you would need a good third party freelance coder to help you build it.
