My Developer has tried to update the plugin however it fails with a message that reads:
“Update failed. Download failed. Unauthorized.”
We are using the Avada theme 5.8.2 on a staging server using WordPress version 5.1
Could this issue be due to WP version?
Can you please advise of what could be causing this. We need to ensure the plugin can be updated before going live. The plugin has been paid for last on 25th Sept 2018. Have Activated License using latest key.
Version 2.3.4 installed. Trying to Update to 2.4.3.
Compatibility with WordPress 4.8.1: 100% (according to its author)
Compatibility with WordPress 5.1.1: Unknown
