    Hi so what I need to do is below?
    1) backup the old plugin files or folder
    2) Upload the new plugin to the plugin folder
    3) Go to admin -> deactivate the plugin and re-activated it again?

    Hey again

    1) Backup
    2) Deactivate S&F
    3) Now you can either
    a) delete it from wp-admin, and upload the zip via wp-admin page
    b) or replace the files via ftp
    4) Re-activate S&F
    5) Rebuild cache

    I think there is a bug fix in there that should solve your issue 🙂

    Hi unfortunately the horse “NO NONSENSE” still cannot be found after all the step and rebuild cache. Please help.
