shortcodes [search and filter] and [post grid] not working on webpage

hello,
I am having issues with page rendering when I use shortcodes [search and filter] and [post grid]. On another site I did not experince this isse so it seems strange. When I remove these shortcodes the page loads fine. I show you the issue in the 3 links below.

I can’t see anything amiss. I do see that the version of WPBakery Page Builder is not normal. Did you use the same theme for the other site, and did you embed the form and results in Page Builder on the other site? The only other thing I can think of is other plugins conflicting (so again compare to the other site).

I can see that this only happens when the Post Grid shortcode is used.
