    Great to speak with you Grant. I hope that what I showed you will enable you to add the other fields in and the test data.

    The issue over formatting the Skill level field so that the checkboxes are next to each other, and to remove the indent you are going to get back to me once the form works as you want.

    I will leave this thread/ticket open for you to do that.

    Do you know if the posts on the page are arranged by a script, maybe Masonry or Salvattore (an alternative to Masonry used by Divi Builder, and maybe others)?

    It depends how the results are being made into content on the page. For example, are you using WPBakery Page Builder to do that?
