You are using a shortcode to place the form on the page, but the Display Results method that you are using is the ‘As an Archive’ method (or, at least form 6622 is).
If you are using Divi, you can use the Divi Blog module to display the Neighborhoods, following this guide (and using the addon that you can download from there):

My page when I change the search reloads every time and resets to the top of the screen. I noticed in the demo it does not. Is there a setting for that also what are your thoughts on setting the page to dispaly the posts in an organized way. a-z or by neighborhood. Where would I change that?

The load time is still really slow but maybe I can get rid of the text above to clear up some space. I had one more question about organizing the posts Should I created a post type for each area and then link to to the different post types under a heading. Or is there an easier way to do that in search and filter.
