Hello, we have an issue that occurs after transfering the site to a different server. First we though it was a PHP 7.4 issue because we found a topic with similar issues on the support forums, but after trying out a higher version of PHP on our staging servers, the page with the S&F shortcode was still working normally, while on the production server it does not. Even turning on WP debug doesn’t give any useful information.

Did you rebuild the cache after you made the migration? Some migration tools do not convert all post IDs found in the database.

Yes, several times, unfortunately it didn’t help.
Maybe it’s worth to point out that the documents it displays are a custom post type, and there aren’t a lot of them, as you can see on the staging link. Also using a custom template, but nothing too fancy.

The migration was also handled manually (db upload through phpmyadmin, file upload through SSH, all strings in the db have had the proper domain name changes in place, including that bit in the shortcode setting for S&F)

Are you able to roll the server back to PHP 7.3 and test?

We’re getting no 500 error on our end, the site seems to be running fine. Is everything okay right now?

As for this being a page builder issue, when we turn off the S&F plugin, or remove the shorcodes, the page loads and displays normally, so we figured it would probably not be a page builder issues.

Still waiting for the PHP downgrade on our end!
