Thank’you to answer to my question. They told me that they haven’t modified nothing since much time. The site is hosted in https://www.hetzner.com/ (dedicated server with Plesk). The searching page is this: https://www.verdevero.it/detersivibiologici-bioblog/come-pulire-qualsiasi-cosa/
The browser developer tools console shows that the form is being loaded twice on the same page:

This should not be happening, as the forms will conflict with each other.
We tried to remove one of the 2 forms, but the result was the same, don’t show results. If can be useful, I made 2 screenshot of the display settings form this form.
