Hi! I added the Search & Filter Pro plugin to my WP page and created a new search form… however it does not seem to display any results when I try a search, and a little box appears that says the following: “It appears your submission was successful. Even though the server responded OK, it is possible the submission was not processed. Please contact the developer of this form processor to improve this message. Learn more”

    Needing help!!!
Also, this is my first webpage attempt… so I really need it for dummies
    Thanks

Can you first remove these settings:

Also, what page is the search on? I do not see it on the home page?

Search is in the posts page. The Evidence Based Initiatives Tab.

I removed the settings you suggested.

The error was being caused by the AMP plugin. I have made some changes to the form settings, but not too much.

I gave the search a specific slug for the results page (search-results).

    I enabled Auto Count.

I changed the Ajax Container to match that on the page.

There was a hidden setting which I also fixed.

If you deactivate the AMP plugin, then it works. Do you want me to refer that part of the problem to our plugin developer?

    Hi Maria

So I managed to have a look into this.

While I have a limited understanding of AMP I believe I know whats going on.

First of all, the AMP plugin is taking over our form submission, and interupting its processes.

Secondly, I realise when AMP is activated, all Search & Filter javascript is disabled.

After having a quick look around, perhaps another setting (within that plugin) may be more suited.

Head to AMP -> General -> Website Mode

Notice yours is set to standard which says all pages are AMP first.

Choosing transitional, or classic, seems to allow S&F javascript to work, and the forms to work correctly.

Once we release v3, we will be looking into our AMP integration to see what can be done about improving this.

    Thanks
