You can see how to customise the results.php file, and if you edit that file, towards the end, you will see where the message is output. You can change that section as you wish.

The only file I have in the Templates folder is results-infinite-scroll.php.

In your theme folder, do you have a sub folder called search-filter and what is in that, if you do?

Nope.

And all folders related to S&F are titled search-filter-pro.
