    How can I do to force user to include a search term
    (avoid doing search with search box empty)

    My apologies for the delay in replying. In the UK we have had a long 4 day national holiday weekend this last weekend.

    Our plugin does not include a feature such as this, sorry. You could add some custom javascript to the page to disable the form submission until something is entered.
