This shouldn’t be happening.
Have you checked to see if a specific field is causing an error for you?
Have you enabled debugging to see if there are any error messages being shown?

Yes, I know. Strange problem. I don’t see how a particular field could be causing the problem since I have changed that around and have worked backwards, eliminating the most recently added fields with the same outcome.
How do I enable the debugging? (Hope that isn’t a very basic question)

Would it help if you were able to see a working form and a form that stopped working so you can compare them? I just created a new form, with some of the same questions, but because I haven’t added more than 6 questions, it is working. If it would be helpful, what information can I send you so you can take a glance at the two forms?
