I don’t see how a particular field could be causing the problem since I have changed that around and have worked backwards, eliminating the most recently added fields with the same outcome. How do I enable the debugging? I just created a new form, with some of the same questions, but because I haven’t added more than 6 questions, it is working. If it would be helpful, what information can I send you so you can take a glance at the two forms? I would really appreciate it! Terry
