Tagged: V3
Hi Guys,
I am looking to make both my taxonomies selected before results come up – or don’t show any results using AJAX until both dropdowns have been selected? I am seeing ‘other’ results as I have two different search forms using two different taxonomies (Location and business/ Location and Personal) but Location and Business is loading personal due to the first selection of Location. Any ideas, thanks in advance.
Nick
This sort of dependency/conditionality is not built in to Search & Filter. However, you can have a form with many fields/controls hidden by default, and use javascript to hide/reveal those fields as required. But it might be complex to implement. It is something we are investigating as a possible future feature.
