I should add that I’ve tried to set my front page, where the form is, to my landing page for the search results.

    My front page reads:

    [searchandfilter id=”30″]

    [searchandfilter id=”30″ show=”results”]

The home page on any wordpress site is a unique page. It can either be the default posts archives page, or it can be a named page. Which have you chosen?

Do you have a URL I can see with the form in action?

Hey, I fixed it by using shortcode instead of custom.

    Thanks.

    Great 🙂

Can I mark this as resolved and close the thread?

would i put the short code on the same page as the shortcode im using to show the listings? i’m using types plugin for the post types and then the ‘content views’ plugin to display the listings.

was just kind of confused by it all as far as where to place you guys shortcode. i have the one to show the form in my sidebar already.

It depends on the theme you are using. Which one is it?
