This would depend on the software used to create the results layout. That could be your theme (so I would need to know what that is) or a plugin (for example, Visual Composer). They would be using a grid layout or template to make the three columns, and I would need more information to know if it would work with our plugin, or if I need to work out how to integrate it. Our plugin also has a Shortcode display results method, and by default that does not offer a grid solution. all other display results methods that can be used in our plugin have the potential to output to a 3 column grid.

And follow the customisation guide, but use that code instead of the content that is in the default results.php template file.
