Hi All,
We’re using Search & Filter pro to maintain our sales resource library. We’re having inconsistencies in our data. For example, we added seven items under a specific “Product” taxonomy, and it will initially show up in the proper search results, but after a while, products will get removed. Sometimes all products, sometimes just a few, but everything will show in the unfiltered results. Usually the fix is a cache refresh, but the issue keeps popping up.
Trevor(Private) September 16, 2020 at 3:07 pm #259707Ah. That might be it. Can you edit the WordPress site wp-config.php file and add this line towards the start of the file (after the php tag line):
define('WPE_GOVERNOR', false);Copy this from the forum post, and not the email, as email software will replace the quote marks with the wrong ones.
If that does not fix it, please get back to me.
