Search results are not loading properly

Hello We have filter page where we set to display 9 results per page: https://prnt.sc/uhoxa1. Also, we have set correct filter in post settings of actual page: https://prnt.sc/uhoxpc. But it shows more than 9 (it shows 11) when someone visits page first time.

What settings we are missing here or did we set something wrong here?

Can you edit the WordPress site wp-config.php file and add this line towards the start of the file (after the php tag line):

define('WPE_GOVERNOR', false);

Copy this from the forum post, and not the email, as email software will replace the quote marks with the wrong ones.

You will need this line as you are using WP Engine for your hosting.

If that does not fix it, I will log back in and check.
