Ok I had a look.
The problem is you are using the “custom” display method – the description for this is:
Manually add S&F to an existing query and then simply supply the URL where this can be located.
Have you manually added this search form to a query? I can’t see any evidence of this.
Anyway, I think the problem is, your search page did not have a results query inside it.
The easiest way to set this up is to change “display results” method to
shortcode
, and by adding the shortcode to your page, we are including a query that is affected by S&F.To update the template for this simple follow the instructions here:
If you wanted to use S&F with a template from your theme, we would need to set it up another way.

Also, where did you add the search form? I can’t see a S&F search form anywhere on your site
