Search not working correctly Elementor

I have setup the plugin here with elementor ///

You see the search form here …..With category selection its showing the result ,

but when search is made by typing any word in search box its displaying all post in result ,,,,,,whats the issue can you please let me know ,,,,I just purchased your plugin and found this issue

if you need admin access you can let me know i will provide you …

But honestly i purchased this plugin for this purpose and its not working …..

Hi Chris. Please be aware of our support hours (as listed on the support pages):

Our support hours are:

10am – 5pm (GMT), Monday – Friday

Please be aware that tickets opened over the weekend will looked at on Monday.

Your post arrived with us on Sunday (whilst we were closed for weekend). Also, ‘bumping’ a ticket will tend to delay a reply, as tickets are generally replied to on oldest last touched first.

I see that you also started another ticket on the same subject (to which I have replied already), so I close this one for now.
