Quite possibly. That version is very old. You should be able to upgrade the license.

ok thanks, Just bought the license again.

Will it mess up anything to delete it and then reinstall it?

I don’t know if we have any code that is built into the files.

Do NOT delete that old version from WordPress, as it will delete the forms (the latest version does not do that).

Did you edit any of the files (like the results.php template file)? If so, you need a copy of that.

Use ftp to delete the folder, then go to plugins and add the new version and activate it.

    Great thanks,
(wasn’t able to do that exactly as I don’t have FTP, but with WPIDE I downloaded a backup, then renamed it to sandf_old, then uploaded the new version)

Looks like its working now and the search is finding the correct tags.

    Thanks!

Do make sure that renamed folder is NOT inside the plugins folder. It really needs to be deleted, otherwise it could cause conflicts.

ok, thanks for the advice, so now it should be ok to delete the old one even through the wordpress dashboard?

I do not think so, it might still delete the forms. A plugin called Cysteme Finder gives you full ftp type access in WordPress, so that should let you delete the folder, if WP IDE does not.
