Thanks for that.
The first thing I see is the Reorder Posts plugin. As this uses (as do all order post plugins) the pre_get_posts function in WordPress, it is likely to conflict with our plugin. I have NOT deactivated or deleted the plugin, this is just a ‘heads up’ if something looks odd with results, you might look here first.
The second thing I see is this:

You have all the terms included, so you should instead select none. I have done this change for you.
I made one last change, as the structure of this post type looked different from a normal post. I added the free Relevanssi plugin and set that up and built the search index. This will also speed up text searches.
Can you test it now?
Trevor(Private) January 11, 2020 at 7:36 am #230762I have spent some time looking in your site settings, but nowhere can I see that this has been set to 6. You have correctly set it to 36 in the form settings and that is what it should be. However, something is changing it, probably using a pre_get_posts() function.
Most likely it is another plugin.
Trevor(Private) January 11, 2020 at 3:52 pm #230780I have made a change for you:

Somebody had changed the Post Grid settings to make it Filterable. I have hanged it back to Normal.
