Tagged: filters, search forms
I been watching your Youtube video, about how to setup the plugin. But I don’t get it working…
THIS is my site: https://andrea.cederqv.ist/sok-fordon/
I payed for the plugin since I need to make it work like this:
https://www.topgear-tuning.com/find-your-vehicle/
I need to copy that functionality. BUT I don’t need search field above with Vehicle Registrations, but the values in the drop down fields under should essentially be the same with the same functionality…
What I done so far?
In my newly paid license for Search & Filter Pro, I added taxonomy drop downs. Then I used a free plugin called “Custom Post Type UI” to create taxanomies for “Vehicle” and each value… such as “märke” (make), “bränsle” (fuel), “år” (year), “Modell” (model) and so on… Then in the WordPress admin, I added data such as “911” under “modell”, “Porsche” under “märke” etc.
I have done WordPress for years, but I have never been creating custom search forms with filters like this. It’s the first time ever. So, if I understand how this work like I might utilize those skills next time.
Can you explain what to make it work I want? I’m in hurry, so an answer ASAP would be really appreciated. I like to know howto do and what I’m missing or what I done wrong.
Thanks
