    Please note that, as your license has expired, you will first need to renew at the (discounted) renewal price to receive support.

    Then you will have access to v2.4.0, and after you install that, then we can follow up with support.

    Please note that our server may take about 15 minutes to update your account details after renewing to give you access to the new version.
