Tagged: search, Short Code
I installed the Search and Filter Pro recently and tried adding the short code to test on my website. The short code itself is visible on the page I placed it.
I am using the Customizr theme and the page i’m trying to get search and filter to work on is: http://www.crestienation.com/crested-gecko-directory/
Any help would be appreciated getting it to work.
This is my first time using WordPress and first time working with short code, let alone any code at all. I realize I’m probably forgetting to do something super simple.

Hi Mike
Welcome 🙂
The shortcode on your page that you have used appears to be this:
[searchandfilter fields="search,category,post_tag"]
But it should look something like this to show the form:
`[searchandfilter id=”42″] or whatever the ID of the form you have made is.
Yup this is the old style from S&F free, make sure Free is disabled and Pro is enabled and check the docs here on getting started:

Thanks
