Hi Ross,
we tried to set the filter on the sidebar but it stil doesn’t work.
We went step by step trough your documentation, but no success 🙁could you please have a look at the page and tell us what we’re doing wrong?
As you see on the mainpage, the filter is on the right sidebar and the portfolios are in the content column.
we would like to filter those portfolios as soon as we change something in the filter (so we need the filter to work with ajax). and the results of filtering should always be seen in this content column. (hope you understand what I mean)here is our website:
Thanks a lot for any help you can give us.

Do you want the homepage results to load via ajax?
Before we proceed to setting up ajax there are a few things that must work first…
When you submit the search form you go to this url:
http://www.eventlocation-eventhalle-eventlokal.ch/?sfid=2082
First we need to make this page look the same layout as your homepage. You can do this by ticking “use custom template” and then you must enter the filename (with path) to a template in your theme that looks the same as your homepage.
Once this is setup, and the results page looks the same as the homepage contact me again and I will help with the next steps 🙂
Thanks

Just taking a look now – what you want to do is quite tricky but the first thing you need to do is update the plugin to version 1.4.0…
Can you let me know when thats been done?
I’ll then log back in and help further 🙂
Thanks
