search-filter.pot just contains 3 strings

The translation catalog search-filter.pot just contains three strings.

I tried to update from source but these three lines have problems:
admin-search-form-settings-metabox.php line 837
class-search-filter-register-widget.php line 86 and 87

The text domain shouldn’t be a variable and more important the string shouldn’t be empty.

After changing the source setting in PoEdit to UTF-8 and fixing these lines I could generate a new pot file.

This is true for the pro version, but the the version in the plugin directory has problems too. Please see the warning at https://translate.wordpress.org/projects/wp-plugins/search-filter

Would be great if this can be fixed.
