    There are not. I suspect that something in the theme is interfering. Can you try a test setup using this guide, with a blank page:

    Is the original grid using a plugin called Essential Grid? That code you showed looks like it is.

    On the evidence page, do you know who made that page, and how they linked the form to the Essential Grid? I cannot see how it was done.
