Search & Filter nor Working

Hi I bought the pro version and installed it in my web page http://www.wagnerysilva.com.
When I try to use the filter it shows all the results no matter what I am filtering. Also I have 2 categories in the form… the first one is TIPO DE OPERACION THAT INCLUDES only 2 categories Venta y Arriendo, and then I have Tipo de Propiedad that includes only Departamento and Casa..
If I choose tipo de operacion and then tipo de propiedad the previous box automatically goes with all the options… dont know how to explain it better… you should try it yourself in the web page… I think that this happens because both are categories… because it does not happen with the next box that is Comunas and is tag box…
Any way regarding the previous problem whether I choose a category or a tag the results shows all the properties…

The big issue is that you must not use category (or any other form field) more than once in a form. If you have multiple parent/child relationships in categories, it might be better to have separate custom taxonomies for these. This post tries to explain this a bit better (you can use a plugin to switch category terms from category to any new taxonomy that you make, so it is not so hard to do). It is a really awful preachy lecture I wrote:

Regarding this its OK by marking the box Hierarchical using the categories works perfectly… so it seems that it is possible to put 2 times a category box in a search form.
I would like some help with the search form design… could you tell me where I could find this?
