    Hi Matt. Try this first. Load the search page (in the site front end) in Chrome, open the object inspector (right mouse click the page content) and look at the console tab. Are there any red errors?

    Failing this, it will have to be a skype video conference (you will need a decent internet connection, a mic (or webcam), speakers or headphones, desktop computer (not mobile or tablet) and a skype account and the skype app (not the browser version, the standalone app).

    Thanks for the response Trevor. I was able to get the filter to work. Looks like the license wasn’t active and there were some important plugin updates that needed to happen.
