Search Field Not Returning Results

Hello,

I’m using S&F Pro and have 2 form fields to search for a specific CPT: Taxonomy & Search

The taxonomy filter part is working perfectly. However, the search field never returns a results. Even if I search for the post’s title.

The site’s regular search function works fine. Only the search field in the S&F form isn’t working. You can see what I mean by going to https://www.rightnetworks.com/application-directory/ scrolling down past the featured applications and try doing a text based search.

I’m using the shortcode method and have customized templates for each form, but only thing I changed form the original results template was the html so that I could use the site’s row/column classes.

Here is some preliminary info about the site, but feel free to ask further questions.
Site is using Divi Theme (child theme)
WP 5.0.3.
Classic Editor Installed
PHP 7.2 (hosted at WP Engine)

UPDATE:

I had to remove the search field per my client’s request until I can figure what is going on. So if you click on the link I provided in my original message, you won’t see the search field anymore. But there wasn’t any console errors on page load or when filtering.

I’ve also tried disabling ajax filtering, but still doesn’t work even on a page reload.
