    Hi

    I’ve got combibox activated for ‘search for a location’ with the search field included in the drop down menu.

    However, after clicking the box to activate the dropdown, the cursor briefly flashes in the search field and disappears. It’s still possible to type in the search field but the inputted text doesn’t appear when you do it. The problem seems to be intermittent.

    In order to use the search field properly, you have to click it. Is it possible to have the search field ready for (visible) input as soon as the dropdown appears?

    Not sure if this is a quirk or the result of one of my ‘mofifications’ 🙂

    I do see it. I have searched the select2 forums and it would appear to be a bug that has not been resolved by them. Hopefully it will get fixed, but I am not hopeful, as it appears to have been around for a while.
