    I added a Search Field in the Filter is the search result also
    based on the acf custom text fields?

    The standard WP search (and ours is the same) looks only in the title and content fields. To extend this you need Relevanssi (it is free). This thread might help you:

    Instead of using all, you can name the fields you want to search. You will also see options for tags, categories, etc.
