Is it possible to enable the normal search field to also search taxonomies & ACF fields?
I am building a site for an estate agent, and there is custom taxonomies for property features… Driveway, parking, internet, washing machine etc etc.
For example one properties has the taxonomy ‘Pets Allowed’
On the front end, if I enter ‘pet’ in the search field, it only returns listings with pet (carpet) in the content of the listing/CPT.

To extend the search box to other (the search box by default searches the Title and Main Content) data, you need to install the free Relevanssi plugin, find the section for custom field and put all in that option setting. Make sure it is indexing all the posts and custom posts, taxonomies you need and build the index. In S&F Pro, on the advanced tab, enable support for Relevanssi.
