OK, but my options are different from yours… look at this:

Anyway now everything seems to be working good. The Search is functioning, looking at texts inside the items of the portfolio, categories and attribute.
I’m using Relevanssi, and I had to set on “All” the Custom Field search (that if disabled by default). Doing this I’ve solved everything.
