    Hi, I’m back with a question about The event calendar plugin. I would like to add a post meta field to my search where you can look up events in a date range. However I can’t seem to get it to work.

    I’ve used the following settings:
    General > Search in the following post types: events
    Post meta > date > date range
    meta key : _EventStartDate (same field used for end key)
    Date input format: Timestamp
    The output is shown in search.php template.

    Is there something in my settings that isn’t right?

    I am not sure if S&F supports that plugin. A quick read of this thread will show we spent some time looking at this plugin. It IS on our to do list, but I have no timescale.

    Thank you for your reply. I’m not sure what the OP was trying to accomplish in the thread you mention, but can I conclude that the post meta fields (currently) don’t work for the Event Calendar plugin? The custom post type itself seems to be searchable, just not the custom fields.
